Microsoft Dynamics -vs- Goldmine summary

Goldmine has been one of the best selling CRM products for the small and
medium sized business segment globally.

It is very easy to deploy and has a large install base. We should know, as we
helped a great number of organizations with successfull deployments and a host of customizations for the Agency Brokerage and Home Health Care Industries.

The problems arise due to Goldmine being a very good contact manager, but not
really a CRM. A large number of organizations as well as the organizations that we have helped have grown out of the Goldmine contact management solution with customizations, to a full fledged CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

With Hosted solutions now becoming a reliable and attractive way to increase
reliability and total cost of ownership, products such as Microsoft Dynamics and
there On-Premise or Online versions are made for doing business today.

We have listed some pros and cons for an easy visualization for our readers
who are contemplating moving or have some questions.
